Your new mission
You will join projects that best support your personal development plans.
You’ll be working with a team to deliver quality work to our clients in Europe and the U.S. Ideally
you enjoy collaborating with our clients directly, feel confident working independently and be
capable of communicating fluently to technical and non-technical people. As a founding team
member, you can choose to be a mentor or become a team lead for the good people who join
in the future. You also get to affect the recruiting decisions by conducting technical interviews.
What you need to be succeed
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
Passion for creating the best culture and workplace in Portugal
Experience with backend technologies like Java, Kotlin, Node.js, React JS
Experience with JS / TS and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience with databases and at least one commercial cloud platform like AWS.
